It’s Eclipse Season again!
As we approach an eclipse, life surges in its intensity. Showing us with clarity where we need to make some adjustments, let something go, or begin anew in some area.
We’re all used to intensity by now, right?
So much of 2025, and the years before it (2020, right?!) have been one intense passage of time after the next ~ so that lately it feels like our lives are nothing but pinballs, being shot through a brightly-lit, distracting-buzz machine matrix of the Universe’s design.
There’s a reason for this - it’s not just for cosmic humor or a vile punishment for bad human-karma (though this is something to reflect upon, for sure).
The World as we know it is going through The Change.
Cue R.E.M.’s hit song from 1987.
According to the source material for the personal-actualization system, known as Human Design, on February 14th of 2027, the background frequency that pins together reality as we know it, is going to shift into something different. This new frequency will require every individual to navigate the World in accordance with their individual authority. The word authority here refers not to socially conditioned politics and power-plays, but to each person’s embodied, somatic mechanism for knowing what is right for them.
Those who have not done the work to familiarize themselves with their own embodied somatic mechanism for knowing what is right for them, are likely to become lost in their own misperceptions as reality as we know it morphs into something other.
So from this lens, this increasing intensity reflected in one hard-hitting astrological transit after the next, is akin to soccer practice before the World Cup Games. We are each being called upon and challenged in becoming increasingly self-reliant in the face of chaotic circumstances and uncertain outcomes.
In fact, the soul purpose of the system called Human Design, is to empower individuals with navigating exactly this shifting time in history.

Saturn Retrograde re-enters Pisces
Labor Day is a great holiday. It offers a final free summer day before we fully surrender into that back-to-school hustle of early Autumn. True Autumn is still a couple of weeks away, but we’ve all been socially conditioned to rev up as the Summer air cools and school days begin again.
This Labor Day, Saturn, planet of lessons-to-be-learned, re-enters Pisces after having been in Aries since Memorial Day. (I am loving this timely Astrological bookmarking).
Saturn is the first of the string of outer planets that changed Zodiac signs in Spring of 2025, to return to the sign the year started with. This transit is an invitation for a final mastering of Pisces energy in your life (wherever Pisces falls in your Astrology birth chart - for me, Pisces is my 4th House of Home, Family & Ancestry).
If something was left yet unfinished, unmastered and unlearned related to the Pisces themes of maintaining hope in the face of chaos, this lesson is due to come around again.
Saturn will return back to Aries, where it has been since late May, on February 13, 2026 - an ominous foreshadowing of the February 14, 2027 predicted global frequency shift.
Saturn in Pisces asks you to navigate a landscape of challenging emotions, such as grief, depression, confusion, sadness and disillusionment, with compassion for yourself and other people. Saturn in Pisces asks for your faith, for you to surrender into what you deeply believe, even when your belief remains unrewarded.
The promise of Saturn in Pisces mastered is abiding contentment, peace and joy in the purest form, unwavering in the face of circumstances.
We have just over 5 months ahead of us to get this right. 💙

Mercury enters Virgo, squares Uranus in Gemini
I have written a lot about the awareness shift and personal breakthroughs in perception happening with Uranus’s entrance into Gemini, which happened on July 7th.
This was just a quick taste of what is to unfold over the next seven years, for on September 5 (a week from today), Uranus stations Retrograde, returning back into Taurus on November 9th until April of 2026.
Stationing is the word Astrologers use to describe a planet standing still in the sky for a day or two before changing its direction of motion through the Zodiac Belt. When planets station, their astrological influence is much, much more pronounced.
Next week we see a seamless do-si-do dance in the sky as Mercury enters Virgo and immediately squares Uranus.
Now, Mercury both rules and is exalted in Virgo, so it is fair to say that Virgo is Mercury’s happiest Zodiac placement. Mercury is also the ruling planet of Gemini, which puts this very, very happy Mercury in charge of Uranus for the next four weeks or so.
Mercury in Virgo squaring Uranus in Gemini gives us a few days of experiencing a powerful cerebral advancement of some kind. Or minds will be lit up with new perception and a grounded awareness on how to implement accelerating plans.
This is a great energy to take advantage of!

Total Lunar Eclipse in Pisces
Saturn entering Pisces just a few days in advance of this eclipse does us a great service by letting each of us feel into deeply what we must now let go of.
Lunar eclipses are about a Grand Letting Go of something in life. A culmination of a bad idea or circumstance. Lunar eclipses bookmark chapter-endings and erasures of a particular theme we’ve been following. They accomplish this with culminating dramatic events, leading up to and in the immediate aftermath of an eclipse.
Eclipses are bad weather.
In Pisces, this total eclipse of the Moon asks us to release what is giving us bad vibes ~ or simply, lesser vibes.
One thing I have learned from my personal journey using Human Design, is that the more I say “no” to what doesn’t feel quite right to me, the more I attract desirable circumstances into my life.
And I am a Pisces ~ so this eclipse in particular, is big for me.
This total eclipse is an invitation to say “No” to whatever doesn’t make you feel great, trusting that on the other side of this “No”, coming down the pike, is a much bigger and brighter
“Yes”.
It’s time now to create space in your life for this YES.
